An open house

Does your home meet the criteria to attract many potential buyers? Then an open house is the appropriate approach. Together we organize a professional open house. I will be present that day and provide you with guidance. Moreover, I’ll advise potential buyers, point out the possibilities and answer all possible architectural questions. This way buyers will see the full potential of your home while I’ll look after your interests, and I’ll ensure a smooth sale of your home.

The cost? I work with a combination of a fixed expense allowance and a1% commission on the sales price. A golden deal for both buyer and seller. When the house is not sold on the open house. then you only pay the fixed expense allowance.

Cooperation with a real agency.

Your home isn’t fully suited for an open house, and you wish to rely on a real estate agent? Even then I’m happy to help you. Together we select the right partner and together we follow the entire sale cycle.This way I’m fully complementary to your real estate agent of choice and you can trust on a third party guarding your interests.

The cost? This will be fully determined by the real estate agent, who generally works with a 3% commission on the sales price. If the house has not been sold within the specified period… then you pay nothing at all.
